As we waited for our vehicle we watched the employees getting others taken care of quickly. You don't see that often. Definitely recommend this location. Very grateful for their service.

(July 1, 2023, 5:34 pm)I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for maintenance for years. They have great customer service and I never have to wait long for an appointment. They take the time to explain any needed repairs or suggested maintenance, keeping me informed. Most important, they are honest mechanics and they’re great at what they do.
I commute long distances each day and I’ve never had any unexpected issues with my vehicles.
Without a doubt, best mechanics in the area. -

(June 26, 2023, 6:48 pm)These people are professional, friendly, helpful, and courteous. I went to them for the first time today, because we had a tire that had a slow leak. They found a screw in the tire. Fortunately, the tire was fixable. When I went to pay, the bill was zero. I was very surprised, to say the least. I definitely recommend their services! I had my four-year-old son with me. We were a walk-in with quite a few people ahead of us, and thus, a bit of a long wait. My mechanically-inclined son got very bored. We went outside and were graciously allowed to watch just outside the bay as the lady mechanic work on our tire. My son was very intrigued and no longer bored. I was pleased they allowed him to watch and learn. He asked so many questions, most of which I was able to answered. Thank you Jack Williams Tire & Auto! ~Deborah S.

Great Service, fair price and was very pleased with quality of work. They were up front and honest about work needed. Able to help a bit on price. Will go back and see them for any our cars next time some work is needed. Thank you again.

The service manager and counter people are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The manager goes above and beyond to get your car in, out and done right. The technicians are fast, friendly, and do great work. Thanks Jack Williams/Mavis for a great experience. Two 👍 👍 up!! SEE YOU SOON!!!!
