(November 25, 2022, 7:16 am)You know how it feels when you've quit doing gyms and just work out at home, but you want to try something new, and you do and it's freakin AWESOME? That was my experience with Jabz Ridley Park. It's a challenging workout, especially if you're not used to a fast paced, active environment, but it is FUN and the people are helpful, encouraging and welcoming. Staff/trainers are friendly, informative and made me feel comfortable from day one. I'm so glad I took a chance and went there the first time! Still going back, and I don't plan on quitting any time soon. PS the instructor-led post-workout stretches are KEY for the health of your body - don't skip it!

(September 15, 2021, 10:36 am)Jabz is a very pleasant and comfortable place. This is my second day and I must say the workout was AWESOME! both days. The staff is very nice and welcoming, and very helpful. I would recommend this place to many women who want to start their fairness journey.

There are many days when I do not feel like going, but knowing that the routine is spelled out (two rounds of 16 stations) and that I will be in and out in 45 minutes ... and leave feeling great! ... is a huge motivator to get there and get it done.

(March 27, 2021, 10:07 am)Jabz is a really nice gym. It is very well kept and cleaned regularly, which is very comforting since we are in the midst of a pandemic. The equipment is great and the workout was very challenging. I believe anyone who goes regularly will see great results. Last but not least, the staff were friendly and very helpful. I'll definitely be going back and I will definitely recommend Jabz to anyone looking for a great effective workout. (Post first visit review)
