  Absolutely an amazing experience start to finish . From the first consultation to post op . Knowledgeable staff, friendly and professional .
  Dr Thomas has been only the 2nd Dr to perform surgery on me in my whole 57 years . I literally trusted no one else and was extremely nervous !
  He is well educated and is thorough in his explanation of what to expect , on terms that a patient fully understands . He was so thorough that there was zero surprises in how I felt and looked after the surgery !
  What impressed me the most was his “bedside” manner . Dr Thomas is the real deal. He is kind, compassionate, attentive and caring. I’m only 9 days out and my waist, belly and hips look amazing !!
  He has created a class act “boutique”style profession where the patient is the main priority . Thank you Dr Thomas and thank you to the amazing staff of women who run the front end of the business .

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Tom and his staff. My mother in law and I had a great experience both recently undergoing earlobe repair. We were both nervous and did not know what to expect. Dr. Tom is kind, he is caring and just genuinely makes you feel like he is concerned in your well being. He takes the time to answer all your questions and makes you feel comfortable and listened to. You can tell he takes his time, he is thorough and truly cares about his patients having the best results and them being happy with their results! His office is beautiful and very welcoming. I would definitely come back to Dr. Tom in the future and without a doubt would recommend him.

  I had just had my breast reduction a month ago. Dr. Tom really takes the time to answer all of my questions and explain complex processes in a way I can understand. And when I inevitably come up with more questions after I get home, I always feel comfortable enough to follow up by email, phone, or message through his patient app. He is very friendly, easy to talk to, and I actually look forward to my appointments here. Everyone at the front desk is equally nice (special thanks to Emily, Molly, and Lauren!).
  
  The office is still new but I hope that they will add more written instructions and explanations for patients to take home and keep on hand: such as detailed explanations of aftercare, pre-op instructions, etc. Although Dr. Tom is happy to answer his patients' questions, I think this would make it easier on both ends.
  
  Dr. Tom also scheduled plenty of follow up appontments up to a year after my surgery so unlike some other practices, he is still there for me for a majority of the healing process. I love my results and I'm so happy I went with this office! Thank you!! 😊

  I would give Dr. Thom 10 stars if I could. On my initial visit we had an in-depth discussion about all my breast surgery options, which was a lot to take in. He didn’t rush the discussion or rush me to decide, and I went with the DIEP Flap. I couldn't be happier with this decision and the outcome. He understood how important it was to me not to come out of surgery flat and explained, in plain English, everything to expect before, during and after surgery. There were no surprises. And after each surgery I took just weeks to recoup and get back to my life. We’ve laughed a lot these past few months, during all of this, and his focus and professionalism never escaped my notice. Dr. Thom and his team exceeded my expectations going into such a complex surgery and I would recommend him, and the DIEP Flap, to anyone going through this difficult journey.

  I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Tom and his staff.
  I had met with multiple surgeons prior to meeting with Dr. Tom and without a doubt I knew as soon as I walked into the office he was going to be my doctor.
  
  Dr. Tom is thorough and doesn't make ypu feel rushed when you meet with him. What I liked most about him is that he listened to me when I was explaining my goals and what I wanted.
  
  Dr. Tom's staff made everything so easy for me from beginning to end. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.
  
  My surgery day was absolutely pleasant. I was fortunate to have some amazing nurses.
  
  I would recommend this practice to anyone looking to make changes to their body, you won't regret it.
