(April 25, 2022, 9:09 pm)I receive my own psychiatry and therapy services at J Snyder, and I cannot express how supportive and helpful everyone has been. I have been navigating an extremely difficult medication/insurance situation and everyone from my prescriber to the psychiatry administrator has truly gone above and beyond to help--literally staying beyond business hours to help get done what I needed. And they have done so politely, effectively, expeditiously, and professionally. My therapist has truly helped me with deeper self-reflection and empowered me to make healthy changes in my life. I have found any concerns with billing to be easily resolved. As a therapist myself, it seems to me that the staff of J Snyder are well-supervised, hardworking, and truly love what they do. I am grateful that I came across my providers there when I needed help the most.
