  Regina Santilli PT, DPT, OCS from IvyRehab Physical Therapy is outstanding! She is Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) trained and it shows. She is thorough and detailed oriented. The staff at IvyRehab Physical Therapy is well trained in their craft and enthusiastically works with their patients to get them fully functional to return to daily activities as quickly as possible. Tiffany greets you with a smile and works diligently to handle the insurance paperwork and scheduling. Elizabeth Zajac PT, DPT is excellent at explaining the exercise techniques to the patients. Rich Redner, physical therapy aide is cheerful and always ready to assist. I have observed Aubrey Flick, PTA interact with her clients. She is caring and her patients respond very well to her. I highly recommend IvyRehab Physical Therapy to anyone needing physical therapy.

  I had been to the Poughkeepsie Ivy Rehab 2 times in the past for different injuries, and was able to get back close to 100% with their help. I saw the Highland branch opened up and being its only 5 minutes from my house I found it to be a very convenient location. Although I actually thought I would never have to go back to physical therapy, It was nice to know the facility was there if need be.
  
  Well, fast forward a few months and there I was, back at physical therapy for a completely different injury than the first 2 stints. Lucky for me my physical therapist Regina had transferred from Poughkeepsie to Highland a month or so after I started back up. It was great having Regina back taking care of my needs, we clicked very well during my first 2 injuries and she is extremely knowledgably. She will push you, but never too far. Her professionalism and upbeat attitude make your physical therapy sessions much more bearable.
  
  I also found that Tiffany the receptionist, and Rich the aid are also very professional and pleasant. I have not seen anyone here in a bad mood either, and if they were, it was never shown to the patients. Kindness, patience, knowledge and a smile are what you can expect at this facility. I have not used other PT's at this location but I can say with confidence from being in the room with them, they too are extremely polite, educated, and professional. If you need a PT this is your place!

  Love this facility! It's clean and everyone is organized and super friendly. Regina is amazing! She is clear and very knowledgable. I feel very confident and safe at Ivy Rehab Highland.

  Therapists Sam and Frank are amazingly knowledgeable and helpful, targeting weak muscles. Les, however, gave me busy work that didn’t address my problem (lateral movement of shoulder), but when I pointed that out he acted offended. So I asked to be discharged and he was happy to do so. I would not come back if I had to deal with him. But others were brilliant. Most grateful for overall therapy. Thank you.

  Ivy Rehab is spectacular!! Their staff and therapists are incredibly professional and knowledgeable in the field of physical therapy. The facility is immaculate and their equipment is pristine and up to date. They are incredible at how they manage their clients in such an efficient way. Everyone is kept busy the whole time they're there and there's never a wait. They greet you when you arrive, encourage your accomplishments, and say goodbye when you're done. They feel like family. I love the facility and highly recommend it to anyone seeking high quality physical therapy. They definitely make you work but with consideration to your limitations, a very important factor when you need high quality PT! Thanks IVY. You've helped me with my neck issue and, I give you a 10!!!!
