  I came in with a laundry list of injuries and Steve was amazing with specific rehab by making sure to touch base on which injury we were to focus on each session and never failing to throw the most challenging exercises my way so that I can be better and stronger than I was before

  Staff here are all on the same page and everyone pushes you to your limits. I was worked on by Steve a lot, he understands what you need to get you back healthy! Staff here would not give you more then you can handle. Would recommend to anyone looking for Physical Therapy.

  Ivy Rehab was a fabulous experience for me. Wendy is an excellent Physical Therapist. She incentivizes and challenges you to keep going. She is always requesting feedback from her patients and adjusts exercises accordingly. I highly recommend the Blue Bell facility. There is a wonderful, upbeat atmosphere which is conductive for everyone to keep trying.

  I cannot recommend this facility highly enough. I went there on my wife’s lead after she went for hip therapy. I went for knee soreness/weakness. The thing which impressed so much is their adaptability and creativity. I went for about 25 sessions and NEVER did the same session twice. They crafted the workout based on how I was feeling that day. They always kept it fresh which kept me engaged.
  As a result of their therapy, the knee got better and I’ve played golf, carrying my bag, relatively pain free.
  Steve and Matt are excellent and they create a fantastic environment in which to rehab. I hope I don’t need their expertise again, but if I do, this will be my place of choice.
  Keep up the great work, guys, and Emily! And thanks for all you did!

  I got into a major car accident 10 years ago and sustained severe whiplash. I was only 21 when it happened and I've lived in chronic pain ever since. After 10 years of chiropractic care, I gave up on ever living a pain-free life.
  
  I went to Ivy Rehab on the advice of my dad, who had a wonderful experience at the Montgomeryville location. I've been going to Ivy Rehab in Blue Bell for about a month and I was pleasantly surprised at the staff's engagement, knowledge, expertise, and energy from the beginning. The staff put a sign outside the center for my first visit welcoming me to the "family". And that's what it's truly felt like: a family. There have been days that I come to my evening appointments super tired from the pain or weary from a long day at work and don't feel like being there. Steven and Daniel have listened to my complaints about the pain, and other aspects of my life, with concern and support, and have developed a strategy to relieve the pain and strengthen my neck and back. Both Steven and Daniel push me to give 100%, but understand and will modify their plan when I can't. They constantly cheer me on when I make progress. Even the other patients have cheered me on and have been extremely welcoming! I've seen more results in the 4 weeks I've been going to Ivy Rehab than I have at the chiropractor I've seen bi-weekly for the past 10 years.
  
  Once I finish rehabbing my neck, I plan to attend rehab at this location for a wrist injury and I hope to get my 13-year old daughter in for issues with her knee.
  
  TLDR: If you are a person of any age and any level of fitness, that is in pain and wants to feel better quickly, Ivy Ridge Blue Bell is the best place to go. The team here truly cares about your health and well-being, has a wealth of expertise in the field of PT, and are extremely positive and supportive. As a former athlete who has completed several stints in PT for various injuries, I honestly can't say enough about my positive experience there.
