The atmosphere and the rooms - both common and private are welcoming, filled with light, and kept very tidy. The management and staff are warm and friendly, always proactive, communicative, and accessible. It's truly a unique and compassionate community.

(July 31, 2021, 1:17 pm)We moved my grandmother to Ivy Gables after a very bad experience at another assisted living facility. We looked into and toured several facilities in North Wilmington and are so happy someone recommended Ivy Gables. The virtual tour on the Ivy Gables website is exactly what it looks like in person. They recently built a memory care wing with a great layout, and the facility has cute little sitting nooks and pretty outside seating areas for visits. She has been here for almost 2 months and we are very pleased with the care she is receiving. The staff are very responsive, welcoming, helpful, and friendly. We are grateful to finally have some peace of mind knowing that our Gam is in good hands.

(March 6, 2021, 2:20 pm)I thoroughly enjoy working at Ivy gables! My coworkers always make me smile and it truly is a teamwork environment. The staff genuinely care for the residents and make sure to continuously go above and beyond for them. The housekeeping team keep the facility extremely neat and clean. The management team is not afraid to get their hands dirty, which truly supports a team based environment to give the residents the best care possible!
