  I called IT Landes to help with a High Velocity AC Unit. They came out right away and evaluated the entire system functionality. Not only did they need to replace the units but also change the return to allow the units to work more efficient. John W. And Brian came out the first day to remove the old unit and they were joined the following day by Nick H and Bobby D. I was very please by the professionalism of these men. Not only were they polite but did not complain about having to work in the heat. They did a great job as I am sitting in my cool house writing this review. I will definitely call them again if I have any HVAC Issues..

  Nick and Bobby did a great job on our emergency HVAC install - they were conscientious and courteous! Thanks also to Dominic and Nick on the Sales team and to Dean for the thorough assessment and for taking the time to walk through all our options, including financial. We got great service!

  Unclogged our water line for our kitchen sink which always seems to give us trouble. IT Landis always responds right away, and came out within the hour and the pipe totally unclogged within 30 minutes. We like the idea that this business lets us know ahead of time, with a text message, who will be coming to our home, including a picture of that individual. You guys are top notch for service. Thank you!!!

  I called IT Landes requesting service for our boiler after we woke up to no hot water. The process to get a technician dispatched to our home was quick and easy. Eric our technician was professional and identified a failed part which shutdown the whole system. He also used various tests to ensure nothing else was wrong. He replaced failed part with the correct new part and we were back up and running in no time. Eric surpassed our expectations and because of that I now want to look into other services offered by IT Landes. I’d recommend them to a family member or friend without hesitation. Thank you!

  IT Landes has always responded quickly to my service needs. Each time the issue was fixed. Today, Anthony was able to repair our 17 year AC unit within an hour. He provided a great explanation of the repairs. It was pleasure speaking with him as he shared is technical knowledge and answered my questions.
