(March 3, 2023, 7:59 pm)I started going to Islip OBGYN in 2019 and have always had a pleasant experience. Dr. Duprey- Murphy is not only knowledgeable but personable. Wait time can be a little long but understandable for an obstetrics practice.

(September 18, 2022, 12:06 pm)Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Murphy, Cynthia, and the entire staff of Islip Ob-Gyn. The office is immaculate, wait times are short, and most importantly, the doctor and nurses are always thorough in answering any questions, explaining options, and providing their expert advise before, during, and after my pregnancy. Dr. Murphy is 100% genuine and went above and beyond, going out of his way several times to help me and my family ease our many worries, and safely deliver and welcome our second child into the world… a beautiful healthy miracle baby boy. Highly recommend!

They are a smaller practice and give you a lot of individual attention, providing you with very thorough answers to any question. I recently switched to them last summer at the beginning of my first pregnancy. They were great throughout. The nurses are on the ball as well. Any questions/concerns outside of your appointment you can email the doctor or nurses and they’ll get back to you within the same hour. I had a problem getting a prescription from another doctor of mine and the nurse here called them and demanded my inhaler, which was filled a half hour after that call lol. I highly recommend this practice. They are now my permanent GYN as well and I will be returning there for my next pregnancy!

(June 23, 2022, 12:52 pm)Dr. Murphy is truly the best! I was having what turned out to be a serious issue only to find out my doctor retired. I reached out to Dr. Murphy and within one week had a biopsy and sonogram resulting in a hysterectomy. Extremely distressful time for me and Dr. Murphy, with the utmost respect and professionalism was there for me and my family!! I couldn’t ask for better and he is highly recommended by me! Thank You Dr. Murphy with all my heart.
