  We live about 45 minutes from Island Taste Fusion but today is my husbands birthday and the ONLY thing he wanted was their delicious brown stew chicken so we took the ride. I tried the jerk chicken this time and if you ask me it was even better than the brown stew. The rice, cabbage and plantain could be meals on their own. We waited for the woman working the eatery to cook it while we sat at the bar, and then she delivered our meals to the bar in takeout containers so we could start our meal there and then finish the huge portions off when we got home. I cannot recommend this place enough. It's very clearly the product of love and expertise. The atmosphere is not fancy at all (it's just a stall alongside a small local dive bar) but the food is top notch and wonderfully priced.

  We did a quick Google search for nearby restaurants and this precious gem came up. So…location may throw many off but don’t be fooled by the looks. The gentleman that took care of us was wonderful and as we were leaving he assured us that we will be back - guess what, we will. The food was DELICIOUS😋. Our co-workers will follow-up tomorrow. I had the oxtail and my co-worker had the jerk chicken. The jerk chicken was spicy and delicious as well so if you’re willing to try this place out due come & support this business owner👍🏽

  Great Jamaican food! Made to order as well. The owner Max is a really great guy and can tailor your meal the way you prefer as long as you call in advance! Highly recommend for a great lunch or dinner.
