  Bought a new liner , Solar cover , and some items that were not needed for the installation. The installation went as planned and I returned the items that were not needed . The customer service staff did an excellent job of having my refund back on my credit card . My pool looks brand new and I am very appreciative to the entire staff at the Medford Island Recreation store. Thank you great job

  I had a great experience at Island Recreational. It was so busy when I walked in just before Father’s Day weekend, but Blaise greeted me immediately. Then, as soon as he was finished with his current customer, he came over to see how he could help me. He explained the variable pool pump in great detail, so that even I could understand. Then he was able to steer me towards the amazing sales on pool toys that were going on that day. We left as very satisfied customers.

  I had a great experience over at island recreational. The staff was excellent. Nowadays I feel like no one at stores want to offer any help. The register person Reagan was extremely helpful and courteous. I will definitely come back for all my pool needs..

  My wife purchased a pool from this location one month ago. I have never been inside the store. She sent me to get a pool pole. Upon entering I was literally shocked by the abundance of stock and employees working to stock the shelves. I asked a busy employee to help me and he brought me quickly to the item and helped me make a selection. At the checkout counter Bella(who was training a new cashier) pleasantly, accurately and quickly took care of my transaction. Such a wonderful experience.
