I have been a member of IronWorks Fitness for 3 months now. I have been to many gyms over the years & Ironworks has been the best by far! Not only did Lori customize a program to help rehabilitate my back, she also put a nutrition plan together for me that is sustainable & for the first time in my life… actually working! My progress in the gym has been amazing & translates well into the things I love to do everyday. This program has improved my health & given me a much better quality of life. If you think your gym is good, this one is better.. THE BEST!
I’ve been a member of Ironworks Fitness for over 4 years and am extremely happy with my decision to join. Lori designs great, customized workouts and the atmosphere in the gym is really great. I highly recommend it to anyone who is serious about gaining strength, maintaining fitness and wants to do so in a friendly environment.
I’ve been a member here for almost three years. I’ve gone from being overweight and weak, to strong and proud of how I look and feel. I could have never done it without Lori and her team. Lori offers great coaching not only in a sustainable training program but also nutrition. My wife also joined and I am happy to say we are by far in the best shape of our lives. Give yourself over to this gym and you will be rewarded. I was a lifelong off-and-on gym guy, and now I’m much more informed and capable of bigger weights.
Amazing gym that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to lose weight. The environment is amazing and Lori cares for all of her clients new and old. I discovered Ironworks Fitness a month ago and was instantly hooked. The instructors are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and energetic. They really know how to get you motivated. They offer personal customized training that makes working out so convenient. Classes are full of people of all ages and skill level and I never felt any kind of judgment.
I attended Ironworks for 7 months, only stopping due to school commitments. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first started, but what I got was an amazing experience and a fantastic group of people. Everyone that attends this gym is kind, welcoming, and supportive - it is a great environment. Lori's programs challenged me in a way I have never been challenged; I was very unfit when I started. I was amazed at how quickly I was able to gain strength and confidence in myself. Lori and Jana are so helpful and patient, always taking the time to make sure I was doing exercises safely. I recommend Ironworks Fitness to anyone who is looking to make a change and challenge themselves!
