  Excellent experience. I have not had success with PT in the past and preferred to rehab myself at home. The Doc insisted I go to address serious shoulder pain and suggested IH Briarcliff. 1:1 therapy suited to my goals (golf and tennis). Anthony was great (and patient) and tailored the pace and regiment to build my strength and stamina for the return to golf.

Anthony's dedication to patient education stands out, as he taught me crucial preventive measures. His expertise and empathetic approach made all the difference.   I tore my ACL and started rehab at iron health 4 months after surgery. All of the therapists are great and they know exactly what I need to work on. I’m now 11 months post-op and back in sport and Iron Health has made my return easy and I feel confident coming back. Anthony especially has helped me get back on my feet and made me feel ready to be back in sports.

  I love this place! The PT’s Ryan, Anthony, Kaitlin and Angelo are all amazing and have me feeling stronger after every session. Kei, Sam, and Jackie at the front are always so helpful and make everything so easy. I 100% recommended Iron Health for any injury big or small!

  This is literally my favorite place!! I will miss my PT and my physical therapist, Dr. Allison, so much!! ❤️
  
  I have been to several PT places both myself and with members of my family. The beat that I have found, to date, is Iron Health, Briarcliff! They blow the others out of the water on all aspects; customer service, courtesy, professionalism, etc…. I started with Iron Health, Briarcliff after I tore my ACL in December, and have continued with them post surgery. They have been amazing throughout the whole process, and I feel very lucky to have found them. I highly recommend them!
