  ION Performance “Recharge and Recover” Bath soak is such a game changer! Not all epsom salt soaks are created equal, and when using this I could feel a difference immediately after. I train professionally for track and field in the sprints for my country of Belize gearing up for the Tokyo 2021 Olympics and I’m always in search of recovery tools that will help me to train more efficiently. The smell is so relaxing and smooth it immediately puts your body at ease. You get in your tub with aches and pains and get out feeling brand new! Would highly recommend to any person!

  As an athlete recovery is just as important as going hard in a training session. iON Performance has a special place in my recovery process. I have been using the Foot + Soak and Recharge + Recover. The Foot + Soak is actually my favorite. I pound my feet in training so it’s nice to give them a little TLC. Plus, I really like the frankincense - the aroma is very relaxing. Your body will thank you after you use iON Performance.

  First off, loving these products so far. I look forward to the Foot & Soak after my weekly long runs. Really helps with post long run aching feet! The Recharge & Recover leaves me feeling relaxed, recovered & rejuvenated after harder workouts/runs. I especially love & appreciate the natural ingredients, essential oils & the fact that each product is carefully crafted for specific athlete needs. The company’s customer service goes above & beyond too. Answering any questions about their products with a quick reply.

  Been using these products for a while as part of my training recovery, and recently as part of my warm up routine.
  
  I definitely feel refreshed after a training session followed by using the recover and recharge bath soak. As a runner, the foot soak is excellent relief after that hard time on your feet.
  
  I am yet to try the CBD soak but based on my experience so far, I think it is going to be a good one post competition.
