(July 6, 2022, 7:24 pm)Steve arrived on time his team started working on the roof repair, before and after pictures were taken . My roof looked brand new. I was very pleased. I would definitely recommend this company for roof repair. They also caulked the 2 skylights as part of the service.

Steve provided me with updates throughout the repairs to completion. I will be contacting Steve again for any future repairs or replacement.

(May 4, 2021, 8:57 pm)I phoned and spoke to Steve on Monday at 7pm to fix a blown off piece of vinyl siding . He came the very next day at 8:00 am. Wow!! He and his helper quickly and correctly fixed the siding. He also checked the other sides of the house to see if any other pieces needed attention. He found a couple of other loose pieces which he quickly fixed as a courtesy. Wow! Steve is a man of integrity as his Company name states.
He is very polite and his pricing is very reasonable. I strongly recommend him as I will definitely would use him again should the need arise -

(March 8, 2019, 1:38 pm)The roof trim of my house became loose and each time it rained, water was coming into the house. Also, one of the window's casing blew off with the wind and needed to be glued back. The job itself was simple, but because the house is so high, access was difficult and most contractors do not want to bother with something like this. I went to HomeAdvisors and asked for estimates. Steve, from Integrity 1 Contracting called me within 5 minutes of my request and we scheduled a visit for the next day. He was courteous and professional. We agreed on a price, and 2 days later, he showed up on time and did the work to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the job. Thank you
