  I come to Integrative for Aerial Yoga. It is such a fun and wonderful experience. I'm always amazed when I'm able to do things in the aerial silk that I NEVER thought I'd be able to do. Deanna and Suzy are such amazing instructors. And I absolutely love the studio itself. It's such a warm and inviting place. I highly recommend it.

  allison is a truly gifted healer - every session with her has revealed a new understanding about myself or someone in my life - that has provided me a shift in my perspective or expanded my mindset - which allows for peace and understanding - the center is a beautiful space that restores your body, mind and spirit

  I absolutely love everything at Integrative Healing and wellness, whether it’s a wonderful reiki session or an angel reading with Allison who just makes your soul smile. I always leave feeling better about my life’s journey. Kristen is the best massage therapist on the East coast, and Diane is amazing with her acupuncture! Kristy with so many fantastic yoga classes to choose from. It’s so much more than all of this too! For whatever is ailing you, you can find hope here! I highly recommend it !!

  Allison is a light bringer. She is an amazing healer with a down-to-earth approach that is the perfect blend of spiritual and practical. She makes you feel cared for and at ease. Reiki sessions with her are transformative and leave you feeling like you had a massage for your soul. I cannot recommend her more.
