    I've been in therapy for most of my adult life on and off. It was not until I started working with Jillian that I realized I was never being challenged. There are times that I disagree with what Jillian says, but when I reflect or after she helps me process, I am able to view things through a different lens. Within my relationships, she's made me realize that I am not always right and she's given me the tools to have more meaningful and conflict free relationships. The skills she has taught me are invaluable and I would recommend her practice.

    It's been a long journey to finally find the right combination of medication for my daughter. Between the mental health services and medication management services I have to say these are the best professionals I've encountered-and trust me I've them all!
