  I have had such a wonderful experience working with Nicole at Inspire Nutrition. She has supported me not only as a dietician, but gone above and beyond supporting my well-being.   Nicole is a knowledgeable dietician and attentive, non-judgmental listener who helped me to notice behavior patterns that triggered disordered eating. I credit her with helping me to learn to eat intuitively, which was no easy task after a lifetime of exposure to diet culture. It was with Nicole's help that I became able to eat normally and enjoy food without anxiety. I highly recommend her practice to anyone who is struggling with eating.

  Nicole Ferri has been a bright spot in a challenging journey for my young daughter, who had unintentionally lost a significant amount of weight and worked with Nicole to gain it back. Nicole quickly and intuitively figured out how best to connect and communicate with my school aged child in a way that motivated her to achieve her weight gain goals. Part of her success was because Nicole provided concrete, small and achievable steps at the end of each session for her to work on--like nutrition "homework"--that she was willing and able to do. Nicole's warm, upbeat personality combined with her excellent listening skills and nutritional knowledge made each session easy, non-stressful, informative and encouraging. I would recommend her to anyone looking for nutritional counseling to help them reach their weight and nutrition goals.

  I have been working with Nicole at Inspire for just about 18 months now, working through eating disorders and establishing healthy behaviors. I can honestly say this time has been so transformative and stabilizing for me!! The work we have done together has shifted the way i view myself and the world around me. Working with Nicole has been absolutely life changing. The entire staff is very open and welcoming. I feel that they really care about each of their clients and go out of their way to ensure your comfort. Also, in terms of professionalism and business, Inspire is extremely organized, responsive, and helpful. I cannot recommend them enough!

  I started working with Nicole 2 years ago. Nicole approaches sensitive and personal topics with kindness and compassion. We work together on overall health and wellness. She focuses on the idea of balance, and intuitive eating and exercising. Nicole explains complicated science and nutrition in a way that is easy to understand. She breaks big ideas down to tangible skills to implement into daily life. Since working with Nicole I have grown so much by changing the way I think about food and exercise. I am grateful to Nicole for helping me get to this positive place!
