  Dr. Bills and the entire staff at Innovative Orthodontics are the most professional, caring and knowledgeable people in the business! I have one daughter in braces and one out. We have worked with Dr. Bills for more than 10 years and could not be happier with the care and treatment we have received. We have never left with an unanswered question. Their offices allow for as much or as little engagement from parents based on the comfortability of their child. My daughter is so comfortable there, she prefers for me to stay in the waiting room. The I Ortho team is also extremely efficient at scheduling appointments to reduce wait time. We have NEVER waited, although you would not mind the waiting in an area that offers complimentary water bottles and coffee as well as chargers and an entertainment section for kids! My kids receive reward points and prizes for keeping up with the care of their teeth. It gives them a sense of autonomy, empowerment and "buy in". I never miss an appointment because the I Ortho team will text me reminders and reschedule appointments. I am so grateful as a working parent to have that type of support. The I Ortho team is a wonderful practice. Dr. Bills treats his team like family. It is evident in the friendly smiling faces of every employee and the happy and satisfied patients like us!   I had a great experience at this location. I had my permanent retainer removed after 25 years and replaced with a plastic retainer. The technology used to make the impression for the retainers was top of the line. I've had my retainers for over a week and they fit great. I love that they come with a second set, whitening gel, and the impressions themselves. I feel at ease with the lifetime guarantee in place as well. Thank you for making something I was nervous about a great experience.

  Everyone was so friendly and they are very good about explaining the whole process. They made me feel very comfortable about what lies up the road for my children's orthodontia care. Lexie and Dr. Bills made sure I understood my children's orthodontia needs. They do not rush you or keep you waiting! I really appreciated that they didn't rush us into starting work right now because they recognized that my children's mouths were still in a state of change. Great office, great team, great experience for my family! I am so happy they were recommended to me and look forward to working with them in the future!
