  Coming here was the best solution to my neck and lower back pain! As someone who was skeptical about chiropractic care, I always resulted to taking Tylenol or Advil to help relieve the pain to help with the pain temporarily. Ever since I started chiropractic care about a year ago, I can confidently say that I have had little to no neck or lower back pain. In addition, I noticed other benefits due to chiropractic care such as being able to sleep better and feeling more energized throughout the day. Everyone at the office is friendly and very informative. So to anyone who is skeptical about starting chiropractic care, I highly recommend taking that first step.

  Extremely professional practice! I’ve seen tons of chiropractors in the past. They do minimal hardcore adjustments and use FDA approved chiropractic tools. It doesn’t seem like much, but the results are SHOCKING and LIFE CHANGING. So grateful my colleague told me about the practice. I’m finally on the road to pain free living after 5 years of misery!

  I cannot say enough good stuff about Innate and the WHOLE team there. Always very understanding of your needs and concerns. Will take the time and answer any questions you may have.
  I started going due to severe neuropathy brought on by Covid. Within two weeks I could feel a difference! I also feel that I walk so much better and with more confidence than I did before going to them!
  If you are considering ANY kind of chiropractic care I would highly suggest you check them out!

  By far and away the friendliest group of people that I have ever visited!
  My wife, daughter and I have been coming here for well over 4 years. I suffer from 2 herniated discs and occasional neck issues. When I come consistently, I feel great. Occasionally I may miss a few days, but when I come in, I feel great again. This place is part of my routine. I feel better then I had before and see a doctor a lot less than before!

  My back hurt constantly...stopped at their booth at the Cornwall Sidewalk Sale ....they were very convincing....I made an appointment.... definitely helped but not totally ....they listened and changed the program for me ....my back is better than it has been in years ...
  
  The doctors are professional...have great bedside manners ...and LISTEN ....... They go above and beyond ......
  
  The office help are amazing !!!! ...ALWAYS friendly, cheerful And helpful ...
  
  Bottom line ....the practice is EXCELLENT!!!! I highly recommend them !!!!
