I have one infrared mat, but it’s not the same quality. I have been using this mat from Sparkle Mat, and I would recommend this product to all.

This infrared mat has a lot of benefits; from my back pain, stiff neck, and even menstrual cramps, this product is effective. Also, I can bring this to my workplace, and it’s very handy. The mat is so relaxing. I will give 5 out of 5 based on my experienced.
