(June 7, 2021, 9:27 am)I love that I have found an infrared studio so close to me. I started reading about all the wonderful health benefits infrared sauna offers so I gave it a try. The staff is super informative, the place is always spotless and the experience has got me hooked. I especially love the membership aspect. I initially went for help on inflammation in my body. Early onset osteoporosis and my journey to eliminate the effects of stress on this disease. Going there to relax and enjoy the sauna and knowing I am giving my body some quality healing has me going on a regular basis.

(April 20, 2021, 4:52 pm)Highly recommend this place! The infrared sauna really helps my joints when they feel achy. Working on my feet all day it’s a must I’m finding! I purchased the 3 pack to use going forward. Super relaxing, very clean and restorative as well.

I have used Infared saunas in other centers but this is not only the most fairly priced, it is also the best quality Infared sauna I’ve ever used. It is bigger than most places have in terms of sauna size and I could immediately feel the difference of how it was working in body. The owner is a kind and very knowledgeable man and is truly in the business to help people and not just make a profit. It is also impeccably clean. I highly recommend this center to anyone whether you are looking for a spa day or have Lyme or autoimmune issues you want to heal.

(September 8, 2020, 11:22 am)Awesome experience. The owner Jon is also awesome. He allowed me to come early and he also took the time to explain how Infrared Saunas work. By far best sauna experience I’ve ever had! You would be a fool not to at the least, give this a try!

(March 9, 2020, 7:38 pm)A beautiful space with friendly staff from booking an appointment to actually visiting the establishment. The saunas are clean, gorgeous and calming. Reached a point of meditation that was very lovely for the 35 min sweat. Totally recommend and will be back in the near future.
