  I’m currently staying here and if your serious about working with a sponsor and doing the things you need to do to be successful this is the place where your held accountable and helped in a safe and caring environment. Highly recommend this sober living.

  As a parent, nothing is harder than handing over your child to someone you never met, and trusting him with your most precious possession. Bryan Kennedy took the time on a Sunday morning to talk to me for over an hour about not only his recovery house and the expectations therein, but his own life story as well. To say I was apprehensive was an understatement. But it wasn’t my decision to make. That morning was the first morning of my son’s new life. As well as that of myself and my family. The structure and direction of Independence Lodge is second to none. No matter how much time passes, I will never forget what the Lodge did for my son and my family. Thank you is not enough. There are no words to express my gratitude. Life is full of changes. If you are looking to make one that will change your life forever, and you are willing to put in the work and time, this is the place for you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

  If you or a loved one need a safe, clean, and supportive environment to get your life together I would highly recommend Independence Lodge. They provided me with every tool I needed to recreate my life. I would not be in the position of success i am in today without the Lodge’s help! 🙏🏻 I am forever grateful.

  Tremendous homes and program that facilitates recovery for men of all ages. If you want a strong program, a strong network of sober men and comfortable living space, Independence Lodge is the choice.

  Independence lodge is amazing. nothing less can describe the men running the houses or the houses themselves. the best recovery house in Berks county hands down.
