  Independence in Motion has had all the equipment that I found I have needed so far. I have through the years gotten a three wheel scooter, a four wheel scooter, necessary equipment for making my home more accessible and yesterday a wheelchair. The salespeople and delivery people have been extremely helpful in seeing that I received the proper advice necessary both in the store and on the phone. The delivery man from (James) spent a lot of time giving my advice on how to maneuver the chair around my small house. Thank you for all the help that I have received.

  My husband, John was in need of a new power chair and had started the process with another company. After 5 weeks of no real communication from them, we stopped by Independence in Motion on 5/16/23. The team of Sean, Cynthia and James got to work and in just 3 weeks they delivered his new power chair to our home. We can’t say enough good things about them and would highly recommend their services. 👏🏻 Thank you guys you are awesome.

  The technician, Jim, who services my husband's electric chair is awesome!
  My husband doesn't walk, so he is always using his wheelchair. Therefore, my husband's chair often needs repairs.
  Whenever my husband calls Independence In Motion for a repair, Jim comes to our house as soon as he can. Jim is very friendly and is a pleasure to talk to, and he fixes the chair within no time!!!

  Independence in Motion is the place buy chairs, walkers, canes, and anything needed for those that need help getting around or getting out of chairs. The chairs are awesome! I will get one for myself because the chair was so comfortable with lumbar support and a massager coming soon. Sean was an incredible salesman. The delivery team James and Curtis were awesome. Both went above and beyond to deliver my Dad's chair. James went out of his way to make sure my Dad understood how to use the chair. My Dad's old chair was removed. James and Curtis were the best delivery team we have ever had. I have some many things delivered. Only James and Curtis took the time and cared that my Dad understood how to use his new chair. It was not just delivery and bye. It was delivery and very good service along with recommendations on how to move the chair without help. Thank you James, Curtis, Sean and Independence in Motion!

  We had a great experience with Independence In Motion while purchasing lift chairs for my parents. Sean was very helpful in recommending a properly fitted chair for each parent, and the delivery team was professional and patient with my dad at drop off. Overall, we had a great experience and look forward to enjoying some comfortable chairs.
