(November 27, 2022, 5:25 pm)My mom was there in October of 2022. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff is very caring and compassionate for the person they are attending to. I did not see one staff member ever losing patience for any of the people they were caring for. If you have a problem, they will do everything and anything to fix it. Luckily my mom did not encounter many problems here. Between my mom and dad I have been to a number of rehabs. None came close to the care and attention that Imperial gives their patients. I highly recommend this place.

(October 18, 2022, 10:51 pm)My grandfather came to Imperial as a patient. As both an employee of Imperial and a caring granddaughter, I would not have had my grandfather anywhere else. The staff here tend to the patients as if they were their own family members. All of administration are very involved with the patients and residents day to day, and are very creative when it comes to making sure they have the best quality of life possible. I am beyond grateful to have had my grandfather spend some of his last days here, receiving the care and compassion he so deserved.

(October 9, 2022, 3:03 pm)My pop pop was admitted here after a hospital stay for rehabilitation purposes. The staff was beyond warm & welcoming. They made him feel as close to home as possible and were super accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone as nursing/rehabilitation facilities aren’t the best now a days. Imperial was perfect!

(September 9, 2022, 11:19 am)My Mom was in the care of the wonderful staff at Imperial the last 6 weeks of her life. Words cannot express the gratitude that we feel for the amazing individuals who cared for her throughout her stay. Every single one was caring and compassionate not only to her, but to our family who visited several times a day. These people do God's work. There isn't a finer nursing facility in the area.
