  Impact zone is an amazing gym with knowledgeable staff.
  
  I have been working with Devin the last few months and not only am I seeing a difference, I’m also stronger and overall feel better. He pushes me to the limit, while doing it safely so that I don’t have any injuries to my back. His commitment to my goals surpasses my own! If you want individualized attention and responsive trainers, this is the place for you!

  Impact Zone has great facilities and friendly knowledgeable staff. I came in off about a year long hiatus from working out in a gym and my trainer Devin Policastro set me up with a personalized workout plan that got me excited about going to the gym again. I recently started taking Yoga classes with trainer Jerry Cincimino and I highly recommend attending one of his classes as well!

  Impact is a very good gym and it has very good equipment that is very well kept. The facility is very nice and offers so much to its members. Coach Chris Romantico also helped me in the beginning and was very nice and helpful showing me good exercises for workouts. It is a very good gym and I would recommend to anyone wanting to join a gym.

  Great gym with tons of space alongside a chill environment.There is equipment for a variety of different workouts to get you in shape. In addition, a lot of help can be received through their personal training program in order to gain motivation and learn how to properly exercise. After working with Chris Romantico, one of Impact Zone’s trainers, I highly recommend singing up for this personal training program.

  Impact Zone is not only a gym, it’s truly a home. Whether you are new to the fitness world trying to find your way or someone who has been around gyms for some time, IZ has everything and anything you could ever look for. When you walk in the door you will see first hand what sets IZ apart from everyone else. Their facility and equipment is so well maintained which is a direct reflection on how much they care about their clients. Everyone that works there, from the owners to the trainers, including the front desk staff who welcomes you to the guys they have keeping the place in tip top shape, make you feel like you are at home. Impact Zone is not just a spot to come and lift weights, they specialize in making your time there unique to your own lifestyle and ways you want to get better. I highly recommend IZ, it’s a family friendly spot for all ages.
