(October 10, 2022, 8:43 am)I cannot recommend this gym enough 🙌🏼. The trainers are excellent. I started with privates with Sean- who is the absolute best. I take classes with all the trainers(all the trainers are very knowledgeable and attentive to where you are in your training). Joining Impact Fitness is the best thing I’ve done for my overall health and well-being.

I workout with confidence because they’re always checking my form, guarding my safety and knowing my limitations. They motivate with genuine enthusiasm and celebrate every victory with me. The bonus is the charities we’re able to donate to with every FB check-in.

Well I definitely found that here at impact Fitness! I have been a member for the last five weeks and I have to be honest they are great at what they do! They take the time to listen to what your goals and needs are and structure a training plan around what you want. Every trainer I have worked with is professional and really knows what they’re doing and they are great at motivating you. I wish I would’ve found them months ago but I am so happy to be a part of the impact family! So whether you’re looking for a gym or looking for a change I highly recommend the team at impact fitness!!
