  Excellent!!! Hats off to Ms. Dominika for the brilliant diagnosis and recommendation for the X-ray. It saved my Son’s life. She followed up to ensure we took him to ER based on the radiology report.

  Everything thing went seamless & efficient. Making appt online was super easy, checking in online was easy and the app was user friendly. When I entered i was greeted by the front desk nurse who was friendly and informative. (Wish I knew her name to mention here) Signed a couple papers and she let me know how long it would be and how many patients were before me. Very helpful! & friendly. I did not wait long at all. When I went to the exam room the nurse came in and took my vitals she too was very friendly and let me know that the doctor would be right with me. When APN Voorhees came in I told her what my complaint was and she listened attentively & addressed it immediately. She provided me with additional information. I felt that everyone there was friendly, attentive, & professional. I would definitely recommend this immediate care office.

  I find the doctor care is always quick, painless, and efficient. Everyone has been nice with a good bedside manner. Easy to get a prescription or test for your needs. Clean environment. The front desk staff is the only thing lacking personality or charm. Wait time can be hit or miss. Sign in process can be tedious if new.

  Today was my first time as patient. I had a great experience. I was able to schedule an appointment and complete all paperwork online. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. There was very little wait time and all of my concerns were addressed in a thorough and professional manner.

  Great experience. Scheduling through the app was easy. Check in process was quick. Caregivers were very pleasant. My only feedback is that the paperwork done on the app doesn’t transfer back to the office. They asked the same info when I got there. Seemed redundant.
