This was my second time being at the Vernon office. The ultrasound technician was very friendly and explained everything she was doing. I had a mammogram to follow the ultrasound. The reason I went to Vernon was that the mammogram tech the last time I was there was very friendly and very comforting. This time the mammo technician was very cold and very businesslike, and even a little rough. Women going in for a mammogram with an extensive history of family breast cancer need a little pampering. I was in and out in no time which was the best.
I didn’t have an appointment they took me right in. Everyone was so nice and respectful. The entire staff were so sweet and kind. I had a great experience. I recommend ImageCare. I was in and out in less than an hour. Such great people working there.
I called, they had an opening that very morning. I entered the office, was immediately greeted. Within minutes was taken and x-rayed. Very professional and compassionate. Lindsey the tech.was very nice and pleasant, professional. Thank you
Very pleasant receptionist and the x-ray tech was very friendly too! She also advised me to continue to get my bone density test at that facility so the two tests from same machine can be compared accurately. I never would have know. that.
Pleasant experience all around. From making appointments over the phone to having a procedure done. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and professional. This is my go to place for ultrasounds and anything else imaging rated.
