I had myself so stressed over getting an MRI w/contrast when there was no need to be so concerned. I was blessed with two wonderful Technicians, Andrea and Alyssa, who not only performed their jobs well (I didn't even feel the IV); but who were so patient and understanding with me. Their compassion went a long way in calming me down and it truly was appreciated. Thanks so much, Andrea and Alyssa!

Great customer service from the receptionist who was also training someone new to the technician who performed the X-ray. Very friendly and professional. Arrived as a walk-in and after completing a brief questionnaire was taken in less than 10 minutes.
Even though they were running 30 min. behind due to equipment problems, they made every effort to get my 3 different tests done in a timely manner once started. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile under trying circumstances. Highly recommend.
The person who greeted me was cheerful, charming, and went out of her way to contact my referring physician to confirm the order, as I didn't have my written order. The other person at the front desk also made intelligent suggestions for me. The MRI tech was a very kind and warm woman. The MRI went smoothly. I felt relaxed, and the scan went quickly. I have had previous scans, and never worry when I'm in their hands. I trust them.
This was the easiest medical procedure I have ever experienced. I went from upstairs at Cardiologist down to your facility. I was welcomed immediately and treated very well. Such friendly staff. The X-ray tech was the best treating me so kindly. Apparently the results go through quickly because a few hours later I received a call from my doctor with the results. I didn’t have to worry for a week! Love this place.
