Everyone cheers each other on, there’s all age groups, the instructors are knowledgeable and are always pushing you past your limits. There’s a-lot of challenges and events offered.
In the time I’ve been there I’ve lost 25 pounds and feel a lot stronger/confident. I’d highly recommend anyone to try it. -

But as our package came to a close, they chose to say goodbye while I decided to take a leap and start going by myself. I got a membership, and have seen myself go from a class a week, to two, to three times a week! This team of coaches are super motivating, and love to celebrate your successes with you ❤️ the entire group of members are so welcoming and you won’t regret having us all cheer you on in your fitness journey! Come join us, your first class is free!!

The trainers are so helpful and willing to teach you. The class is not intimidating and everyone learns together. It’s a great place and you should come join the fun!!

Not only do you have a responsibility of showing up to a class, but you also have a coach keeping you motivated!! The bag rounds are so fun and challenging, and they benefit not only your physical health but your mental health as well! It’s been almost a year since I’ve started and I never want to leave. Even if you are a beginner, they encourage you to take your OWN pace and utilize plenty of modifiers.
