  Food was very good, only issue was the fried calamari could have been crispier, Staff was extremely attentive.
  It's a little on the small side as it filled up the acoustics make it very noisy
  Would have rated 3½ stars for the atmosphere but that's not an option.
  Would definitely go back

  They treated us like family. The food was amazing. Angel the manager and all the staff waited on us like we were the only people in this beautiful Italian restaurant. The atmosphere and ambiance was 5 star. This place is a hidden gem in islip.

  This was my first time going here, and definitely not my last. The food was delicious, and the service was amazing - they couldn't do enough for you. Will definitely go back.

  Dined at Il Piccolo Villagio for my birthday and the food and service could not have been better. The tables are a little too close together but otherwise a great dining experience!
