  I recently went to check out a used car that was listed online, and after inspecting it, I decided to make the purchase. Surprisingly, the entire process was incredibly hassle-free, and the dealership proved to be very easy to deal with. However, I encountered a minor hiccup when I realized that my driver's license was from a different state, and I didn't want to go through the hassle of getting a new one in New Jersey. So, I contacted my home state's Department of Motor Vehicles and discovered that I needed a specific form filled out by the dealership in order to register the car back in my home state. I returned to the dealership a week later, explained the situation, and they were extremely helpful in assisting me with the necessary paperwork. Overall, I cannot recommend this dealership enough. It was one of the simplest, easiest, and least hassle-filled interactions I've ever experienced. If you're considering buying a car from them, you've definitely made a great choice!

  Ended up buying my 06 chevy impala SS from here. Jack was my salesman. We went on Saturday. We got there at 5pm as the time they close was 8pm. So we get there and the place is pitch black and everyone has left but jack. He was on his way out as we pulled in. Thankfully he stayed to show us the car and we eneded up making a deal and I took the impala. Love it. Perfect transaction. Thanks jack. Will definitely buy another car for sure from ideal used cars

  Had an amazing experience working with these fine gentlemen. They never came across as pushy and truly cared about what we was looking for. Their friendly warm demeanor made us feel comfortable doing buisness with them. They went above and beyond to help us leave as happy customers! I would highly recommend coming here, you will not be disappointed!

  I was shopping for my daughter's first car. I visited another dealer on Route 88 and got the usual runaround, just a miserable experience. On my way home from work one night I stopped by Ideal just to see what they had. My salesman, Al, was terrific. Listened to what I wanted, showed me several options,, worked with me on price. I have bought several used cars over the years, and my experience at Ideal was one of the best, if not the best, I've had! If you need a car, come see Al, you won't be disappointed.
