  I have a high pain tolerance and laser hair removal is still incredibly painful. Anita is the reason I got through it and I look forward to my sessions with her because of the conversations, her meticulosity, and how comfortable and safe I felt with her. Laser hair removal is a vulnerable process and I could not be more grateful for the care I have received. I schedule Anita for all my sessions. Trin is incredible too! I could not recommend more highly.

  The woman who took care of me on 8/5 is the nicest tech ever. I've had her a few times and she's so good about having a conversation with both on topic and off. She explains everything and is so quick with her job.

  As a Black Women you have to be careful when it comes to laser hair removal and I'm so happy I did the research and came here! My before and after photos are two totally different faces. It's life changing! I used to have to shave everyday. Waxing was costly and both processes I would have raised ingrown bumps and dark spots. Now my skin is smooth and blemish and hair free. Plus My experience at the West Hartford location has been awesome. Staff are always friendly and professional. I'm treated with respect and they listen when you have a concern or question. Love love love! Thank you to the staff!

  I absolutely love this team at west Hartford they truly are amazing! Every time I come they always listen to what I’m looking for and recommend the best product for me and provide me with a very natural but youthful look.. I’m 44 and truly want to slowdown and soften any fine lines.. but to look like myself and this team gets it right! Great job and I always recommend ideal image to all my friends

  I had the best experience today! It was my first appointment and I was definitely nervous for how much it would hurt. Emily was AMAZING and made me feel super comfortable. Excited for the rest of my appointments!
