(August 15, 2023, 9:40 am)A wonderful experience at Ideal Glass! I will be recommending to anyone in need of auto glass service. They had the absolute best service, the BEST prices, and were honest and transparent (no pun intended lol) right from the start. They do not do recalibrations, which they said right up front, but let me know that the dealer can do that. Even with the glass & recalibration cost from the dealer, it was still significantly cheaper than Safelite. I ended up also not needing a recalibration anyway. I honestly cannot recommend them enough! They are family owned and local dealerships use their services. Support small businesses like Ideal Glass and not large corporate entities such as Safelite, etc.

(April 29, 2023, 6:13 pm)I have a Subaru Outback that needed a full windshield replacement and chose Ideal Glass since they were the only ones who answered the phone when I called. I called on a Thursday and the windshield was installed by Monday. They also came to my house to do the installation which was huge for me. They had it done in less than an hour and you could never tell the difference. They were very upfront about pricing and the process. They were leaps and bounds cheaper than anyone else. They also were very upfront about the possibility of needing my eye sight recalibrated. They do not provide this service but I was ok with that. However, with my experience, I didn’t need it to get recalibrated. They were very friendly and always answered the phone when I called with a question. I can’t recommend them enough!

(March 18, 2020, 8:17 pm)Earl does the finest job. Very friendly & professional. After a log shattered my windshield, I asked a few friends & they all said earl at ideal glass is who I’d prefer. I have no regrets. He was prompt & knew every move he was making & even explaining his steps when asked. I’m very happy with my results (the caulking bead is even better than factory) I got my go-to glass guy now.
