(September 28, 2022, 1:45 pm)I'm a regular shopper at Ideal and really love the place! Owners are friendly and accommodating, and prices are ridiculously low for the most part. Most items are "open box" or customer returns from major retailers, and if something is broken or missing a part, they'll let you know. Think about it: how many times did you make a purchase, only to find it was not what you needed or expected? You brought it back to Home Depot, Walmart or where ever. Once returned, stores often times seek credit from the vendor, and then liquidate those items to wholesalers: new products that they cannot or will not put back on their shelves. That's what you'll find at this store. Sometimes the packaging is damaged, but the product within is usually fine. I've had zero issues with anything purchased there and can highly recommend them.
