  I made my first appointment with Irina (in late September) based on reading the glowing reviews here; now, after five reflexology sessions with her, it is such a pleasure for me to write one of my own!
  
  I started seeing Irina at a time when I was finally ready to work through some of the emotional baggage I'd been carrying from a very difficult experience in my life a few years prior. Straight away I sensed that Irina's work would be deeply supportive of this process. In our first session, she shared that my mantra should be "release, relax, let go." Simple in principle; not always easy in practice! But I can say that after five reflexology sessions I am SO much lighter and more confident than I was when I started. You could actually see the internal changes taking place week on week-- they showed up dramatically in my face and the way i carried myself. I feel so incredibly grateful to Irina for this. (Oh, and I should also add to all this: it feels AH-mazing!).
  
  Irina is a treasure. She is clearly so experienced and gifted, and I place so much value in her wise and empowering guidance. I can tell that she will be someone I come back to again and again when the need arises. I honestly can't recommend her highly enough.
  
  (p.s. If you have a specific issue you want to work on as I did I would recommend doing a course of 6 - 10 sessions--very effective).

  Irina is THEE Greatest. I have been under her healing powers for probably 20+ years. She always has fantastic healing tips and recommendations. My trust in her in unwavering.
  
  When I first met her I could not walk without pain. With Irina's healing magic I am able to move freely.
  
  I say this with complete sincerity, "She saved my life" !!!
  
  You owe it to yourself and you are doing an injustice if you do not use her healing magic.

  I have known about Irina's healing talents as a foot reflexology practitioner, and knowledgeable nutritionist for many years, and have "subscribed" to her recommendations too many times to recall with consistent successful results. So, when she recently suggested a hair analysis following my complete hip replacement surgery, I hesitated only momentarily, then agreed. An acupuncturist had previously suggested it, and I pooh-pooed it, saying I could get the same from a blood test. Well, I had 2 thorough pre-op blood tests and they showed nothing out of balance, and yet, I knew I needed help, not only with hair and bone concerns, but digestion and numerous other symptoms that the blood analysis did not address. Fast forward to hair analysis results, Irina called to walk me through the steps of the extensive analysis booklet. It was fun having her as my teacher and guide. She is an excellent listener, and took time with all my questions, answering to my satisfaction and understanding. She reviewed all aspects of my results, and explained the lab's supplement recommendations. I am excited to begin on a 3-month program, having faith that symptoms will shift and improve, because I have complete trust in Irina's knowledge and know that she is always learning and discovering the best, most effective ways to improve our health and wellbeing. I recommend Irina Breslav as a healing coach consultant for your health concerns and questions. Her manner and genuinely caring approach is at once charming and direct, kind, efficient and supportive.

  Genuine reflexology without the spa gimmicks! I've seen Irina at least 10 times now and am convinced Irina is the real deal; she is authentic and truly invested in your well being. I recommend to anyone that is open minded and interested in exploring non-traditional healing.
