  Iara is a deeply talented and attentive massage therapist. She creates a warm and inviting space, is thoughtful about every detail, and makes it very easy to communicate about massages preferences. My husband and I both received massages from Iara a couple days before our wedding, and it was an amazingly relaxing experience during a stressful time!

  Great arvigo massage! I had my twice after having a c-section last June. And I was feeling much better after it (reduced back pain and more sensitivity around the scar area). This massage is really great for new mums. I highly recommend it.

  Highly recommend! Iara is a talented massage therapist and has so many amazing techniques for pregnant persons. She uses Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal therapy for pregnancy - I had this throughout my pregnancy and it was a highlight! I had minimal back or musculoskeletal pain during my pregnancy, which I mostly attribute to my regular sessions with Iara.

  Iara is an amazing LMT, she is highly skilled, deeply attentive, and very intuitive - I booked a two hour Thai massage that felt wonderful, and I can still feel the health effects a week later!
