  If you have the chance to work with, Brittany, I promise you it will be a memorable experience. She is transparent, professional, efficient and courteous. Brittany is, easy-going, and navigates through question and concerns with ease.   IAfford was truly so helpful at every step of the housing lottery process. The city agency itself doesn’t provide much information, and every time I asked a question to someone at iAfford they got in touch with me right away, which is really important since it can be such a stressful experience. They were very clear about what paperwork was needed. I also asked to get a second look at the unit and they had no problem with it and we’re very accommodating. Highly recommend!

  Working with Brittney and Etty at iafford was a very smooth and seamless process. They were both available if I had any questions which were all answered quickly. The lease signing process was smooth and Brittney especially was kind and showed a lot passion in showing the apartments that were available...even though they were all identical, I got to choose the one that felt the best for me. I really appreciated that and am very happy with the apartment choice!

  The absolute best rental approval experience! I will not apply to another lottery apartment unless I know I will be dealing with iAfford NY! I've heard so many horror stories about getting approved for a new apartment. Not my experience at all. Brittany and Etty made it an absolute breeze. So thankful!

  I had such a positive experience working with Brittany and Etty during the NYC housing connect application process. I've been applying for over 5 years now for a lottery apartment and I finally got one! Thanks to them, I'll be moving into my new apartment in less than 1 month. Cannot be more grateful for having such helpful, organized, and responsive people (like Brittany and Etty) at iAfford NY!
