I have always been a very focused and driven individual, and since recovering from COVID in Aug 2020, I had been affected by the dreaded COVID brain fog. It affected me both at work and in day to day tasks. I knew I needed to find a solution and I decided to try hypnotherapy on whim. To be honest, I was initially a bit skeptical about hypnosis and consequently, its effectiveness in an online virtual setting. Despite that, I remained open minded to the process and within a couple of sessions, my brain fog completely disappeared and I was cognitively back on track. Pudding is an extremely skilled hypnotist who is kind, receptive and honest in her approach to therapy. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her clients wellbeing and I would have no hesitation booking sessions with her again or recommending her to others. I have since recommended her to other friends who have been plagued with long term post COVID symptoms.
