I was referred to Rhoda by my speech therapist who was helping me post stroke / heart surgery. In only a matter of a few weeks, Rhoda helped me overcome a fear-based issue that I was dealing with. I was recommended hypnosis by a friend in nursing while in school during covid. My mental state was tragic. After dropping the semester in the midst of covid I finally turned to getting hypnosis to handle nursing school working with and in covid and care giving at home. The intake and techniques she taught me via cds adapting to my situation were no less impactful. I did a 180 the next semester and the blessings opportunities and mindset I was in was life changing. Breathing changing my habits all was easier to integrate more than it had ever been. Rodha reprogramming my subconscious not only made me appreciate a form of therapy I learned about in nursing school but the impact it had on me moved me closer to my purpose and took me out of the bamboozled way I was functioning. My session was to help with studying and it did more than that.
I referred to Rhoda Kopy an extended family member who needed some self-confidence to go forward in his life. Rhoda empowered him to succeed through hypnosis and self-empowerment strategies. I needed to share my incredible experience with Rhoda. I was terrified in the beginning to try hypnosis, but it was not what the tv and movies expect for it to be. The first appointment we spoke about the problems I was having. The negativity in my life and fears were holding me back from living a positive and healthy life. During the hypnosis, Rhoda helped me to explore those fears and instilled in my mind nothing but positivity, strength, and encouragement. I was also thought breathing techniques that helped with relaxation and calming my body if I became stressful or fearful of something.
