I'm so grateful I started listening to Leslie's podcast. What started out as a healthy interest in her coaching led me to her eight week program, some amazing insights into my own life experiences and behaviors, and a beautiful group of women all on a personal journey. I was looking for “why” excessive food was going in my mouth. The inner anger towards myself was causing a vicious cycle. This class retaught my inner child proper tools to handle uncomfortable situations and not go to the food as I had always done in the past. I’m down 20 pounds… better yet it been over a year and the weight is still coming off. I wanted the realistic approach to loosing weight and keeping it off.

HPWL is a great program that helps you slide into making healthy choices for yourself that will last long and bring about continuous steady results.
