  I have been extremely satisfied with my experience at Hybrid PT. I originally went to work with physical therapist James Park, as I had very positive recommendations from others about him. I was not disappointed. Every time I go to Hybrid PT there is an hour of individualized care that helps to heal my injuries. James is very responsive, asks questions and listens deeply, modifying exercises as needed. He has helped me to regain my balance and develop strength in my legs. James is personable, very experienced, knowledgeable about body mechanics, and also very kind. I travel more than half an hour to travel to him because he is so good.

  It’s a pleasure to say Dr. James Park has been a colleague of mine for several years. I’ve had the honor of working with him in a sports/athletic performance oriented physical therapy clinic a few years ago.   James was so helpful in resolving my son’s sports injury. He was able to assess and isolate where the pain and discomfort was coming from and gave clear directions on next steps. I appreciated how he broke down first he had to fully rest his hamstring so that longer term issues did not occur then gave multiple exercises and stretches to help rebuild the muscle. Sure enough within two weeks, my son was back on the field and running pain free. James is kind in his approach, clear in his direction and I completely trust his treatment.

  I threw out my lower back from moving a heavy dresser and didn’t know where to go for help! My sister recommended James at Hybrid PT and I’m so glad I went. James spent over an hour explaining what happened to my back (compounded years of not taking care of it/being sedentary) and guiding me through 1:1 therapy I could do at home to alleviate my back. I felt very supported and he even checked in following my sessions. If your body hurts and you need a PT, visit James.

  I was a patient at Hybrid Therapy in River Edge for roughly 40 visits. James the therapist was not only professional and knowledgeable but easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions completely and with clarity. His sessions were always one on one.He made me work hard and the soreness in my muscles proved it. I am much better after his therapy and would recommend this therapist to anyone. In fact I already have. Thanks for all the help James
