  I’ve been seeing Tara Garfield at HUSK for over a year now. She’s fantastic! The sessions are educational, non-intimidating, and full of great ideas and plans that fit my specific lifestyle and season of life. Sticking with it is truly changing my mindset around health, eating, and movement. I’m learning that there’s more than one way to be healthy. ☺️ Besides, Tara’s disposition is always so positive and encouraging, even when it takes me a while to adopt a certain habit. And she responds to messages and questions super quickly. I highly recommend her!

  I have been working with Miranda for almost a year now and she has been SO extremely helpful in many aspects. From educating me on all things nutrition, providing food/supplement recommendations, checking in periodically, and helping hold me accountable to reach my goals, she has consistently shown to truly care about my progress and well being. It is obvious she is passionate about her work and Miranda is truly amazing at what she does!

  I came into the first sessions thinking let me try this even though I don't think it will work or be beneficial to me. I must say Tara G. out did herself. I've felt so comfortable talking about my struggle points and my wins. The time and care she gave me made me realize how much my nutrition matters and how the slightest of changes can make a great impact. What I notice overall is the change in my mindset. I'm definitely more aware of my day to day eating and activities. I definitely appreciated her flexibility with my schedule. Thank you so much Tara.
