  The receptionist at the front door is ALWAYS a darling- to be greeted by someone who knows you, and who you visit, recalls that you were sick and unable to visit for a while makes it feel like you’re extended family- the staff on the unit is always pleasant and will mention if my brother has been ‘down’ and how he will cheer up at my visits. The new “check-in” machine feels a bit…..odd? But I assume we’ll get used to it.

  So this is one of the cleanest rehab’s I have ever been in. The DON, Amanda knows her stuff. To the nurse’s Dana, Melanie, Shana. All extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, especially Dana who has been prompt and very helpful multiple times. Not sure why there are bad reviews, but some people will never be happy anywhere. The housekeeping staff in there does need to up game but it isn’t “filthy” or “dirty”. They just need to take it to the next level.
