Dr. Malat is Awesome! She was kind and compassionate when it came to my husband's gallbladder surgery. She answered all our questions and concerns. She put us as ease. The day of the surgery she updated me the moment she walked out of surgery. We were so happy with her! Thank you for everything, we appreciate it.
As usual they were very good and I was in and out very quickly... They always take the best care of me.
Dr. Allard is an exceptional surgeon. At my consult, he had already done his background work and consulted with other doctors about my case. He set up the two scenarios for my surgery - with him or if needed, at another facility that could handle a more complex outcome. He was very thorough in explaining what to expect through the entire process including the procedure and risks. Dr. Allard answered all of my questions patiently and confidently at this appt. and also on the day of the actual surgery. He was away while I was anxiously awaiting my MRI results but he had his nurse call me immediately with the good news. Dr. Allard called me two days after my surgery to follow up and to answer any questions that I had about my recovery. He has the ability to keep you informed and to make you feel comfortable about the entire process. The administrative staff were wonderful too.
Wow! Great experience with Dr. Allard. He was incredibly thorough in explaining my condition, risks, and what to expect before, during, and after surgery. I felt very reassured having all that information. I'm always worried about being rushed out of doctor's offices but this was quite the opposite, very attentive. He has a very nice manner about him in general. Also, the administrative staff there are really delightful! Very personable people. Highly recommend.
