(July 15, 2023, 11:53 am)If you are planning on just joining for the gym your money is better spent somewhere else they are very expensive but provide alot of additional amenities. I am doing the student plan and it is worth it but if you don't take advantage of a deal you will be paying close to $100 a month

(February 8, 2023, 4:37 pm)I love this fitness center. It doesn't feel like those commercial gyms with the jocks and fitness gurus. It is more for the casual people who want to focus on their health. There is a physical therapy room, cycle classes, yoga, and zuumba. I go mainly for the aquatic classes. They have a regular pool, therapy pool, and a hot tub. They even have a sauna and steam room. They have personal trainers if you are interested and their hours are very friendly. You can have a free visit with tour before you decide to commit.

(June 23, 2022, 3:47 pm)My husband has been to many specialists, physical therapists, tried surgery, medications, diet changes, acupuncture, etc. with no relief. The only person that's been able to help is Valerie Turner, PT, DPT. The only specialist within an hour. She's wonderful and we love her!!! Excellent bedside manner and really cares.
