  I can only rate according to my kids and they live this place. Cool critters and cool stuff everywhere.

  A cute little place to take a little. They have some live animals, a toy room, outside playground, butterfly room, several stuffed animals. I think it is just the perfect size for little ones. The cost is minimal and if you are residents it was free I believe for the summer.

  I went with my almost 2 year old granddaughter and she loved everything! I really want to bring back my 6 year old grandson (her big brother) again as well as my 2 year old granddaughter! She had a blast and he would get even more enjoyment out of items geared to older kids! Something for all ages and stages! It really has grown up since I took my children (my youngest is now almost 30 years old)! I was sooo pleased to see how it has continued to progress and just get better and better over the past 30+ years! ( :

  Haven’t been here since I was a kid and came back with my son. He loved the playground and the little play area. Loved seeing some of the animals and was a good fair price to get in. I would give it 5 stars but it wasn’t as clean as I hoped it would be in some areas. Am definitely coming again. Do recommend!

  I have been going to Hungerford Nature Center for a few years now. My children now ages 3 and 5 really love this place. Not only is the price very reasonable to get in, although it is not that large there is so much to do. They have so many different animals and so much for the kids to see and do.
  
  My daughter just had her birthday party here and from beginning to end, the experience was fantastic. It was a reasonable price for the room, along with a 1 hour animal show for the kids (turtle, box turtle, chinchilla, bearded dragon) and Jay did a great job teaching the children (AND ADULTS!!) so much during this 1 hour show. Not only did all the children love this place, the parents loved it too. It is clean, beautiful and in a great location. I would highly recommend this place to any parents, caregivers or family members with small children. A ++++++++++
