  We went to Huner Fitness for several months this year and enjoyed it very much. Eric and his son are excellent trainers. Both very knowledgeable and personable. We always had fun during our workouts.
  We definitely highly recommend joining.

  I train off site with Nanci's Group Fitness & Stretch classes at the Port Jefferson Village Center. Our room is clean and spacious with of the best views of PJ harbor - what a great way to start the day!!!
  
  Nanci is an exceptional instructor. She motivates us to do our best to focus and achieve our goals with her vast experience and expertise in fitness as well as with her positive attitude and fun personality.
  I have been taking her group classes on a regular basis for almost two years now. Working at my own slow and steady pace and with Nanci's excellent direction and attention it has allowed me to focus and achieve many of my goals.I have lost weight, gained muscle, flexibility and strength and I've gone down four clothing sizes!!
  I look forward to continuing my fitness journey with Nanci and hope that anyone who is considering starting a new routine in a comfortable group setting will know that Nanci's Fitness & Stretch classes are a great place to start!

  In the few years I've been training with Eric, I've made great strides in my overall fitness. He's challenged me to work harder and I can see the results. The gym is a great space: lots of natural light, very clean and loaded with equipment.

  I came to Eric with a knee limitation several months ago but really wanted to train consistently and pretty hard. He listened to me and heard me. He”s been training me pretty hard the past few months which is exactly what I wanted. He always teaches me something new and he’s very funny and witty! Eric is a pleasure to be around-I’m happy I found him and definitely recommend him to anyone at any age and level of fitness. His gym is spotless and he has great equipment. There are only a couple of people In The gym at one time so you really get a ton of personal attention. Eric will help you in the way you need help and you’ll have fun doing it!

  I highly recommend Huner’s Fitness Advantage. The staff are extremely professional as well as personable. In addition to great workouts , I have received a vast amount of useful information regarding nutrition and preventive health measures. This is not just a gym, it’s an enjoyable experience that happens to result in getting you into great shape.
