  Great gym : clean, well stocked with quality workout machines , nice calm atmosphere and a good value . It has AC and lots of TVs for those interested. Other members are friendly. I have been to many gyms and I feel lucky to have found such a gym in Ellenville.

  Awesome gym I enjoy working out here very much. As a D1 track athlete, It has everything I need for a complete workout cardio and strength wise. Friendly and professional staff, good clientele, new equipment and it was clean in there. Highly recommend.

  The owner, Ben, has a calm and positive demeanor. We felt no judgment/negativity being in the space nor from him. He takes pride in his business. We became members.
